Through the Homeland Security informative System introduced by the president, this department disseminates terrorism information to the relevant authorities in the event of achievable terrorist attacks. The authorities then use this information with the help of the Homeland Security to establish the level of terrorism threat. According to the Homeland Security, there are five levels of threat. They include low risk, general risk, significant risk, mellowed risk, and imminent risk of terrorist attack. However, most of these threats are from individuals and domestic groups that act independently. This nature of terrorism explains why cyber terrorism has become rampant in the current years.In the current world, cyber terrorism has increased in scale leaf due to the technological advancement of the modern era.
